Do you ship worldwide?

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. For oversized items, an additional shipping fee may apply.

In such instances, we may email you to ask if you would still like to proceed with the order with the additional shipping fee.

Order Processing

We try our best to deliver the product to you as soon as we can! All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

How do we ship?

For customers in Australia, we ship every item via StarTrack Express, tracked and insured. For international customers, all items will be posted express via DHL, insured up to the declared value of the item.
